got fuel install new points an condenser.not sure what the intense of spark should be .got spark at plugs.should engine have ground cable on it
got ground cable from battery to frame only.spark at plugs is blue incolor

yes it should have a ground cable attached to passenger side engine mount to frame, blue should be a good enough spark to crank, check the timing , even out of time it should try and hit, double check to make sure you have fuel getting to the combustion chambers

i will check tonight last night i check the for spark i did not notice any wet fuel on spark plug as much as i try to start it

thanks for your help got a chance to work on my jeep an found the the plugs full of carbon clean them out an she fire right up.
