M38 Arctic top for sale Madison WI, price drop, $600

I bought this top last fall and have decided to go in another direction with my project.
Top is in overall very nice condition and mostly complete. I sanded all the parts and painted the top satin black making sure to mask off the inside insulation.
The door handles work as they should.
This top also includes the air vents for a defroster, two windsheild wipers with vacum lines.
Three of the door windows are gone but the rest of the glass is good and not cracked.
The top also needs the hardware for mounting it to the frame and doors to the windsheild frame.
