I know its completely off topic but with all the Canadian guys here I got to say congrats...
I was really hoping ole USA was gonna pull it out...but alias we didn't. At least we can say we beat you once. For a team that wasn't even supposed to medal we did an outstanding job with such a large group of Olympic rookies.
See you guys again in 2014! |

I'm not even a hockey fan but I've got to say everyone got their money's worth at that game. The States and Canada deserve full marks for effort. |

The coach, general manager and one of the players for the US team are Toronto Maple Leafs. Tomorrow night they will be back in action in the NHL and I will be cheering for them. Sunday I wanted these guys to loose. As Heywood says, everyone got their moneys worth. It was an outstanding effort by both sides and it was a shame someone had to loose.

Also when I asked my brother if there were any Oilers on the team
he exclaimed "I hope not!" |

I hate saying " right Wilf" but you are right Wilf. The Toronto team will be on the golf course before long. I will stay loyal until the end and then I will cheer for Pittsburg. Wilf what did you thing about the price of the CUCV ambulance?

Speaking of Pittsburg there are some classy people there. The goalie for the US Olympic team came to play AGAINST the Pittsburg Penguins. He got a huge ovation from the fans. Nice to see eh.
