I want to remove the tub from my M100 so I can repair the front panel. I see that cutting all the welds will get it off but can anyone give me some advive for the front of the tub. Looks like parts of the grab handles must be ground away as well as the L bracket at teh front of the frame. |

The same job is waiting for me this winter. Would be nice to see some pictures of the procedure of tub removal and panel replacement. |

If you look real carefully at the bottom of the tub, you will find the floor and the sides are crimped together and brazed as they were crimped... This was the way my M-100 from Strict was done...
This was how they got the bottom to be water tight...
You are going to just have to take it slow and cut welds out and go from there...
Unfortunately I only had to patch my tub in a couple o small areas...
Hope this helps... |

Thanks for the replies but just looking for any tips on the welds at the front handles and angle at front of tub. Looks like it would be easy to butcher the tub cutting in that area....
