Is there a NAPA number, or a set of dimensions for the silent block rubber spring bushings?

You are using a nomenclature that does not match any of the nomenclatures in the ORD 9. Please offer us a part number from the ord 9 or an ID photo of what you are looking for.

Ahh, The "Rubber Bushing" part threw me off but "Silent Block" does show up there. You want the Bearing, silent block.

This is the page with Z's part numbers.

If you will take the old Federal Stock Number (FSN) 3120-769-7597 and convert it to the later National (Nato) Stock Number by adding two 00's 3120-00-769-7597 then google that and you will get over

You mentioned a NAPA # at the beginning. I forgot to address that. The reason there's no NAPA listing for the CJ's is because they use a greasable 9/16-18 bolt without the metal/rubber bushing/bearing and the M38 uses a non-greasable 7/16-20 bolt with the silent metal/rubber bushing/bearing.

This is the CJ2A, 3A bolt:
