Hi, I have a m38 Willys but it has a hurricane engine on it, i was wondering if the engine is original from my car Or if it's been change at some point. Also how can I know the year of my Willys?

Willys did not install the F134 engine in the M38. They all came with the L134 engine.

The only way to accurately pinpoint the date of delivery of your M38 is from the chassis/body serial number. These were found in two locations on the M38. The right side of the dash in the lower right position on the data plate set and behind the passenger seat on a plate screwed to the front vertical surface of the right rear wheel house.

I have found the plate behind the passenger seat and the serial number is: mc 66411, where can I found the year based on this serial number?
