I would simply Google "WWII Jeep capstan winch" keep in mind that they came front mount crankshaft driven and front mount PTO driven. Also there were two different capstan winches used by Willys. The Braden J2 on WWII jeeps and a Linked Belt capstan winch by Willys that was designed during the last year of WWII but only factory supplied for the CJ2A.
