I did mine in 1/4 inch OD. I believe that is correct.

Lines out of the fuel pump are 1/4" and then change to 3/16" up at the tee to the distributor... Line to the wipers is also 1/4"
Hope this helps... |

So the wiper tee is 1/4" on two ends (to fuel/vacuum pump and wipers) and 3/16" on the end going to the distributor with copper tubing? |

Almost, it is 1/4" inverted flare on both ends and 1/8" pipe at the tee for the restrictor to the distributor... These fittings are hard to find, I found some and had to special order them at $10 each...
The restrictor is 3/16" inverted flare to 1/8" pipe and should only have a .040" hole in it. This can be made by soldering the hole closed then redrilling with a .040" drill. You can get this fitting at ACE hardware or NAPA... I got lucky went to NAPA several years ago and found some of these that had never been drilled... so I just had to complete the drilling...
Hope this helps... |

Fellers - thanks for all the help.
Found the inverted flare tee fitting at Fed Hill as well as the right nuts, etc. Had the fittings for the 3/16" vacuum line from the distributor left over from tear down.
Wiper motors work great.
Thanks. |
