Anyone know if the siren on an EOD jeep was painted red or OD? I have seen a photo with a red one but don't know if it is correct. Thanks, Sonny _________________ 1951 M38, 1952 M38, 1952 M100,1946 Bantam T3-C, RT-66/GRC, PP-112/GR, MT-299, DT-44 Mine Detector, MVPA # 33068, PMVPA CO
Look at more diverse photos. I have been down this road before. I have seen photos of OD and red ones. It all depends on the theater of operations and the local directives issued by that commander. You will not find a standard one color listing in a Headquarters US Army publication. _________________ Wes K
