I just purchased a M38 top bow set made or distributed by Omnix. I was disapointed to see that one of the spotwelds, where the tube mates into the "bayonet" fixture came off in shipping. The top bow pipe litterly came out of the socket. As not to go through all of the shipping back, I sanded down the primer, and carefully mig-welded the 2 back together. I figured the factory did a crappy job on the otherside, so I welded it too. Also, the "bayonet" piece was 1/4 inch too long as the locking thumb screw would of never "captured " the hole correctly, so I trimmed it an re shaped the curve back in. A lot of messing around for a new part, but the canvas top is up and everything lines up great!

MD Juan strikes again! Buy your next set from Ron at G503. They are exactly like my original set, very high quality at a good price!

Peter DeBella also has quality parts. I got my bows from him and no complaints. They came primed so all I had to do was paint them and use them!
For any parts I would highly recommend Peter DeBella or Army Jeep Parts.
