Since you have a civvy Koenig PTO have you tried a civvy CJ5 exhaust for fit?
Didn't you just post you were ready to roll from Austin to Philly! _________________ Wes K

Well, I just bought a whole aluminized exhaust system from John at Midwest Military, and I have that deep water fording kit tall rear exhaust tip, so at this point I think it'll be cheaper to modify my existing exhaust. And I'm moving to Philly at the end of May, not now.
Oh, and it's a Ramsey 200L, not a koenig. _________________ 1952 M38A1

The 200L is the winch model number. What is the model number on the plate on top of the PTO?
I hope you're not planning on driving from Austin to Philly with that fording kit tailpipe hanging on the back of the jeep! They are a bit dangerous to young people who don't realize how hot they get. The military finally got smart with the M151 fording kits and added a perforated shroud around the pipe. _________________ Wes K

I'm actually away in Philly as we speak, so i can't see the tag, but I know it says "Ramsey" on it. The lever was originally a short tab with a chain that went up to pull lever on the dashboard, and I had it converted to a shift lever. You would advise taking that tailpipe extension off? _________________ 1952 M38A1

Yep. Most adults are smart enough to not touch it or at least check to see if it's hot. Younger folks can get burned big time on them. They should only be a show item and removed for the road. Two bolts at the tailpipe and one clamp on the tub makes it a quick and painless task. _________________ Wes K

I have to agree with Wes on the exhaust fording pipe. If you are not sure you can just reach down and grab hold of the exhaust pipe coming off of the engine right after a long trip. This will give you an idea of what a small child would feel grabbing that nice round pipe running up the rear of your jeep.
A bit dangerous to a bare hand after you stop at a dinner from a couple of hours of driving. These vehicles are a magnet for small children, and us bigger ones too.
Oh, and Wes, you are correct again with the "MOST adults" comment, I have seen quite a few check a pipe to see if it is hot. _________________ 1952 M38CDN (in progress)

What overdirve is that you have. I didn't know a PTO could be mounted on an OD.
Your OD looks different from mine. _________________ Tropical Veteran
