Stripped it down as far as I could, need a different tool to get the shift lever loose. Those square holes don't fit anything I have. there was definatly some nasty wear going on.
those silver bits are pieces of gear that have been worn into this.
Also my oil slinger looks different than others I've seen around here, unless I am going blind(which my wife accuses me of alot)
there is a second shot of that as well as my CAR in my album now. I do have more photos if anyone wants to see anything, I can also take more if it is something specific.
Have to get myself an incha and a quarter socket... I hope thats big enough, to remove the drive shaft yokes from the transfer case, also have to read more about tearing it down so I can get it apart. _________________ Carievale Saskatchewan Canada

I found pretty close to the same thing in my T-90A. Here's the front thrust washer from the cluster gear..

and it sure doesn't pay to put off a little maintenance every once in a while.....here's what the inside of the case looked like at the front of the cluster gear....
