Should the studs that the lifting hook bolt to be longer than the rest? If I install mine the nuts will not be fully threaded on.

On page 27 of the M38 ORD 9 are listed 12 short and three long. As can be seen in the photo below of a NOS crate engine the three studs for the lift plate are long enough to display the same amount of threads showing above the nut as the 12 short ones.
