I,ve mesurad the vacuums in the M38 and the readings are:
In the exhaust manifold: 17/18
In the Out of Vacuum pump: 17
In the wiper motor: 14
And the wiper motor doesn't move

10" to 12" Vacuum. If this number is too low check intake vacuum before you condemn the fuel/vacuum pump.
