Have you confirmed the linkage Bell Crank in installed correctly per Dally's post?

Pulling the trans is not that big of a job...floor jack and basic hand tools should do it...

Yeah I went right to the manual and I have the proper free play in the pedal before the throwout bearing hits the pressure plate.

Thanks so much for the help.

In the past I have been lucky using the newer kits with my spring and needle pin and a manual spec float setting. But part variance has caught up to me this time.

Wow very noticeable how much taller the MM kit needle plunger is compared to the RF kit.
Also the diaphragm springs as well. Very different.
