Accelerator pump diaphragm. Should any fuel pass the diaphragm. End cap had fuel in it.
Hard to start and hesitates when accelerating from idle. Distributor, points and coil all good. New plugs. ...

I am rebuilding my distributor on my 38. I have all the parts except for the Collar Rivet, part JJ on figure 153 in the TM. What is everyone using as a rivet?
