Yes, light switch is set to "Stop". I have tested in "Service Drive" as well.

I recently purchased a '54 M38A1. Overall it is in pretty good shape. I had the brakes completely replaced with the master cylinder and all wheels. I have noticed that the brake lights do not work ...
