I have a 100 amp kit for an M38A1. It uses a four groove pulley setup, and the regulator box is on the firewall on the left side. The rectifier stacks mount behind the grille in front of the radiator, ...

In a practical way, it isn't really important to use brass nuts except on studs. If a nut/bolt assembly seizes up, just twist it off and use new hardware, which would be the correct thing to do anyway ...

It's probably a piece of dirt in the float needle assembly. Give it a couple of raps with a plastic mallet where the fuel line connects and try again. If that doesn't work, you'll have to pull the top ...

The number 10 wire is spliced to the number 10 wire at the connector for the original generator regulator, and the number 12 wire goes to the number 12 wire behind the instrument panel. I have the ins ...

The number should be stamped on the side of the bearing races. Just take the bearing down to the bearing supply house, and they will match it for you.
