does the m38 tail gate use spacer bushings for the gas can carrier and tire mount like the m38a1 does?

i have a after market m38 tailgate, that is not drilled for the gas can and tire mounts, does anyone have the correct measurements of where to drill for the mounts, any info would be appreiated
