hi all, i have replaced the rear panel on my 54 m38a1 and now i am about to drill out the holes for the spare tire, jerry can, and trailer receptacle. i have searched the site and others but only found dimensions for the spare. will someone point me in the right direction? thanks trever

I just replaced the panel on a 1961 A1 and have my old panel. Could likely help if you have not found the information. I do not check this site every day so if you want to contact me on home email it is mjwenrich@earthlink.net. If the moderators want this info posted here for others I can do that too.

That's what we started this web site for. Sharing information and making the restoration of these jeeps easier. I have dimensions for the M38 tailgate but I can't seem to locate the A1 drawings I had.
