the Gen and Volt Reg adapters seem shorter then most I've seen.

The short leads wont be a problem. The price is as low as we'll see-

The short cable one that is for sale on ebay. Note no provision for circuit testing.


The standard wheeled vehicle test lead kit. Note the circuit testing links that can be opened to isolate a circuit.

I would check with that seller and get a photo of the pin arrangements in each end of those two short cables.


Generator plug pin arrangement.


Voltage reg pin arrangement.

As a minimum each of the two short cables must have the same pin arrangements as each of these. One wit a male & female 3 pin and one with a male & female 4 pin.

The seller does not give us the kit part number nor it's application. As a general rule the real short adapters were found in the tracked vehicle kits.
