Tag is difficult to read but that is an early open nose small frame starter, MBP-4301-UT, that will only work with the early bell housing and a 122 tooth flywheel.

Regulator & Generator tags are very poor in photos. They appear to be the same early period units VBC4002UT reg. and GHA4802UT

I added a picture (on craigslist) of the tag that was behind the passenger seat in case that helped someone get a better idea of the parts offered.
