Hi

I modifying my M606A1 I would like to replace the rear tail lights with black out lights like M38A1's had. This would involve cutting a circular hole for each one, (based on observations of other jeeps). Does anyone know the diameter of the hole required? Any tips on cutting it out?

Thanks Laughing

Hole is about 6" in diameter on the M38. There is a box bracket that sets behind the hole to bolt the tail light to.

Hole can be cut several ways, depending on how steady your hands are! Laughing

I have used a jig saw with a metal cutting blade and a circular attachment for cutting holes.

Thank for the info Ryan. I wondered how it was fixed in at the back.
