Kendall sent me a photo of a rear seat that he is interested in trading.

He is not sure of what vehicle it comes from.

I'll ask him to post the dimensions.

Here are the dimensions for the seat: The bottom is 35 1/2" across and 15 3/4 wide. The holes in the mounting bracket on the back section are 33 1/4 on center and the height of the back from the legs is 19 1/2. I would appreciate it if anyone can tell what jeep (vehicle) this goes to. I would like to trade this for a rear seat for a M38/M38A1 jeep. Thanks, Kendall

this seat frame is not military, it is painted silver and appears to be the seat frame(s) that is mounted on the sides(over the fender wells) of an FJ-40 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER, LATE 60'S to early 70's, i used to own one.

Looks like one I was given that came out of a 1960ish CJ6 Australian Jeep. I was wondering the same thing.
