Looking for a decent original wheel for my 1952 M38 at a reasonable price. Please pm if you have something.

Thanks

Given the lack of response on the initial post, I am widening my search to include any period appropriate 16 x 4.5 wheel for my 52' M38. I know I can buy a repop or a beat up KH wheel on ebay for ~ $110 + ship, but was hoping to get something a little cheaper. I figured someone has to have something laying around.

Thanks,

Nick

This is the early M38 wheel. A wheel that looks like this but measure 5" wide between bead seats is a Willys Pickup wheel.

Another view of the wheel above

This is the later production wheel and service replacement wheel.

They can be difficult to locate. Biggest problem is those that know what they have usually don't want to give them up and those that don't know what they have fail to advertise or expose their wheels enough.
