Would someone please help me find information on converting stock brakes to 11” front and rear drums.

That is one of the most common brake upgrades for the M38 & M38A1. Just Google: " M38 jeep 11" drum brake upgrade"

The cj3b page has a lot of really helpfull info on upgrading to 11" brakes. Have made the upgrade on all 3 of my jeers without issues. I recommend the upgrade if you drive your jeep a lot.
