Yes, "Jeep" inscription on the front of the tool box is M38 (also common on other Willys Jeep models).

The bracket under the glove box is for the First Aid Kit, also standard on the M38.

Consult your manual for information and exploded diagram of the primer pump assembly.

The brake handle doesn't look M38 to me. See photos in you M38 manuals.

There are no toggle switches on the M38 dash. The rotary switch with the round painted plate (covering the "On-Off") is the M38 ignition power switch. Again, look in your manuals.

All the M38 manuals are free for download here on this site (downloads section).

Good luck!

Oh Ron!

Careful on toggle switches. They did show up occasionally. IE the 6 prototypes. and when heater kits are added. Wink

Ford of Canada elected to not include it on the front of their M38 CDN units. Wink

The dash mounted fuel primer push/pull knob is a mechanical hand pump. No electricity at all.

Here's another great technical photo from my huge photo album that is available to everyone:

Beautiful scheme, thank you very much. As you wrote above, so according to the Jeep inscription on the box, it can be concluded that my M38 cannot be from Ford CDN production?

Before I say that I would investigate the Canadian owners and find out when Ford of Canada stop using Willys supplied tool boxes and produced their own without the logo.
