I continually have small amounts of coolant leak from the overflow. That said, I went through and replaced all the hoses, cap, thermostat and flushed the system. When done, I filled it with water/coolant with the amount specified on the manual. But it still leaks a bit. I have also let the keep run when warm and the coolant moves through the system great! Just wondering if anyone had any ideas? I know it’s very minor but it shouldn’t be happening.

Thanks

It's over-filled.
Either drain some out, or let it do it's thing and eventually it'll stop.

Good luck!

Which full level reference are you using? The 1" below the inner filler neck or the Capacity 11 1/2 qts? Since there is not really any guaranteed way to determine the block and radiator are bone dry you should be using the 1" below the inner filler neck reference.

Main causes of overboard venting are:

1- overserviced.
2- pressure cap relieving at too low a pressure.
3- Compression leakage thru water jacket overpressurizing the radiator.
