Welcome aboard. I agree it does take a little getting used to. We have many members who haven't filled out their profile so at times it makes things a little difficult to communicate. Don't get me wrong, lots of good people here and lots of knowledge. Enjoy!

Hello Roy,

Here's a link from our photo album board telling how to post photos to your posts here: http://www.willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=8670

You can also obtain a photo album of your own here on this web site.
http://www.willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=9

Take a look at our photo gallery to view other member's jeeps and especially the useful technical photos that will help with any questions you may have: http://www.willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php?name=gallery

Particularly my album: http://www.willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php?set_albumName=Wes-Knettle&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php&page=2

As for getting to know each other well most of us old farts aren't crazy about the wild ham radio/CB handles often used as usernames. Adding a simple "Roy, M38A1" in your signature block will go a long way with most of our members who prefer to be on a first name basis with co-members.

Enjoy the site.

Mastertek2000:

I'm in Melrose so there are a few of us in the MA AO that have these old military jeeps.
Let me know if you have any questions for resources in the area, I may be able to help.
Regardless, Wes, Ryan, et al are tremendous resources! None of us can say enough about their wealth of knowledge and experience. Also, if you can, grab a copy of Ryan's book.
Good luck and welcome!
-Josh
