The best place are your Military parts suppliers. Their stocks vary and change often so the best approach is to canvas them each using the military ordnance part number and a description of the mirror rods and heads that you need.

Your standard go to list for mil spec parts should at least include the following:
Midwest Military
Memphis Equipment Comp.
Ron Fitzpatrick Jeep Parts
Army Jeep Parts
RAPCO
Mullens Jeep Parts
DeBella Jeeps Parts

Just google each one and record their web site URL's, their email addies and their phone numbers and put them on your speed dial list.
