Wondering what you guys use on your guys jeeps ? The modern rubber boot, or the old steal seal and spring ?

I think the choice is OEM type rubber seal with spring,
or modern type rubber seal with no spring.

I asked John at Midwest and he advised the newer redesigned
seal does not use the spring and can't as it has four little
knobs that stick up around the outside.
