Does anyone know which helicoil kit i need to fix stripped plugs on a 134 willys head?

Thank you. I will try to pick up the parts today. Plugs 3 and 4 are quite severely leaking and I'm concerned it may be the reason for the 60 pounds or so of pressure on a compression test.
