We have not heard from Jose in several years now. Very ambitious engineer and fabricator. Last project I worked with him on was a 12V coil conversion to the 4006AUT dizzy (all I did was provide some measurements) don't know if it worked (electrically) or not.

If I remember he fabbed something else as well. Spare tire carrier? Was that him? This is a tricky little deal. Clever that one. Reminds me of your neighbor to the southwest.

Built a sheetmetal brake out of a workbench, a length of angle
and some flat bar.

Sure wish he was closer to me.....
