I have two NOS tool box covers that were bought as for M38.One has wide curved corners that fits my M38 but the 2nd. has more squared corners and it does not fit my M38. part number 2510-737-5350.Any idea what it is for?

2510-737-5350 is in the M38A1 ORD 9. All that it took to find this answer is to google the federal stock number.

I have been told that the tool box lid on the M38A1 is the same as the M38 which is why I am confused.The FSN crosses over to the M38 in ORD 8 SNL G-740 1956
