Hi guys,

I am coming close to finishing up my 1952 M38. I have a cj-3a driver seat and was wondering if I can just modify the front right leg of the seat to fit on the m38. Or are they more different than that and I should find a m38 seat.

Thanks,
Harsh

The M38 gas tank is taller so the answer lies in if the other 3 legs are tall enough for the seat to clear the tank

The fuel tank on the M38 is taller so the seat frame is as well.

If you have an M38 tank installed set that CJ seat in place and see
how it fits.

Thank you. I will try to put the seat with the tank in place and see how it fits.
