When it rains it pours...
Went to the Saturday Morning Swap Meet and guess what? Another scabbard.

The first one I got is all original O.D, no markings.

The new one has been painted over with gloss black paint. All the canvas and rubber pieces are present and no rust.

It is marked:
H0170508862
ARMEE
FRANCAISE

Think I'll give the old brake fluid trick a try. Wink
