Ken,

Wes stated that they're both the same part # for M38s and M38A1s. I got one from Army Jeep Parts several months ago and it fit without any problems at all. Id call them and ask George and make sure his are the right dimensions. John here @ Midwest might have them too.

Now I guess I could be one of the (now 25%) that has a different manufactured plate, but I seriously doubt it. My jeep is @ our airport in our hanger. I'll try to stop by and get the dimensions off of it foryou.

good tip, John at midwest has the right and good parts, and a good delivery service, even in Europe Belgium !
