What vendors has anyone had luck with in getting a M38 double pully water pump from where the pulleys line up correctly. I’ve seen quite a difference in the prices with a couple of them. Thanks John jr.

Midwest Military uses the original pulley. They are reconditioned to ensure the proper press fit so that it does not come off. Price is not the deciding factor with all parts. Call and ask the vendor what and how. Ask them to justify the pricing.

John, take a look at an old thread of mine - I had the same problem - but perhaps for a different reason. There's some good info in it.

The thread is called "Double Water Pump Pulley/Crankshaft Pulley Misalignment"
