MD Juan replacement seat Frames

I started cleaning all old paint and the like on my right seat frame. It has some problems but is probably saveable with some work and rebuilding.

So has any one used the replacement seat frames from MD Juan. How was the quality? Were they exact duplicates? Were there any fitment issues?

I am assuming they come with the seat back pan. I haven't looked at the price on line yet. I thought I would get opinions before sticker shock.

Any input is appreciated
