My accent is from the Midland, which they define as Pennsylvania, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, southern Ohio, and Missouri. I grew up In Iowa, and have lived in Kansas City for the last 30 years.

I took the accent quiz and I was laughing so hard at the questions I almost couldn't finish it. But, the results were right on the money. It rated me as having a north jersey /New York accent. I was born and raised in Brooklyn , New York for the first 23 years and have lived in Northern New Jersey for the last 27! As soon as I say one word, you know I'm from Brooklyn!!! Fagettaboutit!!! I'm gonna go make myself a sangwitch now, talktoya later! Dennis from Brooklyn/Bloomfield!!
