Hi Ken,
Are you looking for the bracket that's welded to the frame?

This one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Voltage-regulator-Frame-Mount-Fits-Willys-M38-M38A1-jeep-B15/303746478570?hash=item46b8b371ea:g:0WIAAOSwMbxfnBw0

Hi Ken,
I was just trying to confirm that's the bracket you're looking for.

I sometimes see take-offs, some rougher than others. I also see some brand new overseas for big bucks. Don't recall seeing any NOS anywhere.....maybe MWM or BMJP has some.

I'll keep my eyeballs peeled.

If the eBay one doesn't work out I think I have one in my pile.

Ken,

I looked through my pile and I can't fine the one that I had laying loose...I don't know if I sold it with a pile of parts or if it's buried in the scrap metal pile.

I do have one still attached to a frame, but would prefer to leave it there and sell the entire frame...

The Ebay brackets Ron listed are the M38A1 type.

As always, caveat emptor!

I could be mistaken, and it's kind of hard to see clearly on the illustrations in the ORD9's, but that fleabay bracket looks M38 to me, and it sure looks like the one welded to my M38 frame.

I believe the M38A1 bracket has that odd tang in the middle to tell them apart?

This old post might help: http://www.willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2615&highlight=regulator+bracket

They did! I see it now. Consider me enlightened!

Thanks Wes.

Ken, my apology for the point to the wrong bracket. Embarassed
