Does anyone know what this is or where is goes on my M38 ? I forgot to label it. I know it came off near the cross member. There are two one for left and right I think as they are opposites. Thanks!

They go on the engine to bell housing plate in the forward side.

Awesome!!!! Thanks Brian….I have one more for you. I’m looking for the gasket that goes around the neck of the Ross 15/16 stealing box top. Here is a pic above.

Some sort of gasket was attached to it when I pulled the shearing tube out but I can’t seem to find it in the ORD Manual

Gasket or metal shim.
Shims are available from the vendors.
Might have to make the gasket.
See Figures 14-2 and 14-3 on pages 258 and 259 of the ORD9 manual.

Gasket is listed and shown in the ORD9 figure I gave above.

Caution: The steering box pictured on page 258 Fig 14-2 does not show a gasket but page 259 Fig 14-3's later steering column does.
