My M38 does not go to full throttle when my foot pedal is pressed all the way down. I was thinking that I could add some washers in between the throttle lever on the block and the throttle pedal and that should give me the extra throttle I need. after put washers between the leverplate and the block i adjusted all with the thread on the rod so the acc. pedal was in the highest possible position _________________ 1942 GPW 71336 my son's jeep restored now
