About ready to start my engine finally!!

I tried looking around, all I could find is I need 2 2HH batteries - but I don't really need the originals or anything. So - my question is - anyone know what kind of batteries will fit in the battery box of a 38a1 and meet the requirements?

Thanks!

Bob

Contact Star electric, I understand he still has a limited supply of 2HN batteries.

The 2HH in the manual is now a 2HN. L=10 1/4" x W=5 5/16" x H=9".

The civvy group 22NF is L=9.4375" x W= 5.5" x H= 8.9375"

Thanks Wes and Hal!

I think I'll get the civvy ones since they're realitively easier to get.
