I want to be able to run two spot lights simultaneously on my M38. As it is a 24V set up standard 12V spot lights will not work. Does anybody know of any place to purchase 24V spotlights? Secondly, I would like to utilize the auxiliary output ports on my jeep. I have both the radio and hood mounted auxiliary power receptacles. Where can I get the “male” end for these plugs to attach to any 24V spotlights I might find? _________________ Dan

You might try Saturn Surplus for both Lights and connectors...
He carries lots of military stuff. |

I am running two 12V off road lights on my 24V Ferret, they are hooked up in series (12V X 2 = 24V). _________________ Shalom Y'all

Dan try an aircraft parts supplier like API or Leavans for the spotlamps also for the connectors as aircraft use the same style as our jeeps,
It might cost more but its a good option. Take the connectors off the jeep in to them and they may be able to match some up.

Go to Susquehanna Motor Sports, www.rallylights.com and look around. They stock halogen bulbs in 24 volts that will fit a lot of roadlamps and headlight units. I put a pair of Hella headlight units in my M38A1, and they are twice as bright as the old sealed beams. |
