Hi Bob, I have tried to get the book via CafePress but didn't work. I wanted to pay the book with PayPal (brazilian residence address) and have it shipped to an address in the USA, but PayPal does not allow this procedure. A message appeared when I was doing check-out, giving me this strange reason...I sincerely don't understand why???
So, do you have a PayPal account (or a friend of yours) to where I could send money? This should include shipping to NYC area.
