This is the floors inside. Note the corner cut of the toolbox. Was for the shifter for the custom engine/trans installation.

Looks good. Probably a couple days of work and you are done!

Daryl Bensinger has some really nice repro back panels ready to fit right in if you decide to go for an original style rear panel. I have also seen a few tailgates installed that were so well done you would swear it was factory.

I am guessing you just saved yourself several months worth of headaches.
