I have displayed an air intake tube/pipe on my yahoo photo albums. I am not sure if it is the correct one for the M38 jeep. please take a look it on the link below.

I believe the one you have is for a M38A1, see page 11 of Midwest Military's web site for a pic of a M38 one.

I believe that if I could see the details of the correct one, that I could fabricate the one I have to represent the correct one.
So far I haven't see one clsoe up.
