The Price of Freedom Museum and Carolina Military Vehicle Preservation Association will again join to sponsor D-Day Remembrance at the museum at 2420 Weaver Road in China Grove, NC. There will be military vehicle displays, re-enactors, displays and demonstrations of weapons and other militaria from all war eras. Participants may arrive and set up on Friday, June 3 and camp overnight or arrive Saturday morning. The event will be open to the public from 0900 to 1500 on Saturday, June 4. There will be a special flag raising ceremony honoring all veterans at 1000 on Saturday. The museum will be open all day and the whole event is free except for food and drink.
