Hi Mariano,
I'm also interested in such a decal. It seems to represent the same emblem of the diplomatic (military) alliance between Brazil and the USA during mid 60's, through which, among other military equipment deliveries, several MV's came into US friendly countries, includind Brazil and Argentina.
In Brazil this alliance was called "Aliança para o Progresso" (so Alliance for progress), probably having the same meaning in spanish, maybe with the same purpose.
If you have the intention to reproduce such decal, please let me know. This decal may be reproduced by silk screen or vynil digital production. Otherwise I can check the possibility of doing it over here.
I still owe you the photos of my M606A3, so please be patient, will take some more days until I have everything done.
Bueno, saludos!
Claudio

Here in the states we have sign shops that can make any sign / sticker you might want... If you have a good clear photo of it it can be made into a sticker...

I just had a sticker / decal made for my Willys Wagon air filter... they photographed it and a week later i had a sticker to replace the paint I had to clear off to refinish it...

Check with local sign shops...

They may be able to help...
